Terms Of Service

I. Service Description► I am offering music production services to clients. This includes Composing, Producing, Track Mixing & Mastering, and Vocal Mixing.II. Disclaimer► I have the right to refuse commissions for any reason, and in particular if I am uncomfortable doing them.► Unless discussed beforehand, all intellectual property rights to the audio track are mine. These rights include, but are not limited to: portfolio building, self-promotion, and monetization through streaming services.► I am not a visual artist, this limits my ability to make quality album art for the track, which is needed for online streaming services. However, if you prefer and are able to do so, then you may provide the album art for the track.III. Provisions► By default, the client has the right to use the commissioned audio track for personal and non-commercial use. This includes, but is not limited to: listening, sharing, streaming, and use for non-commercial projects.► Should the client request for additional rights for usage, it must have been discussed beforehand.IV. Payment► Commission rates start at 20$ per minute.► Commission prices may increase due to complexity, rushed commissions, and/or commercial use.► Commercial commission rates start at 80$ per minute► I accept payments through PayPal, GCash, or through a Ko-Fi donation.► A 50% down payment is required before I start working on the audio track.► After a draft has been sent and approved, the remaining 50% payment is required to proceed and to be able to receive the track.V. Commissioning► To help me produce the client's commission, I require a basic description of the commission, the desired duration of the commission, and the purpose of the commission.► Reference audio is optional, but highly suggested so that I may be accurate as to what the client needs.► I may ask additional questions if I feel I need more information to better produce the commission.► Drafts will be sent within 2 weeks. This will typically be 25%-50% of the finished track.► It will take me at least 5 weeks to finish 2 minutes of audio. This may vary depending on commission difficulty.► Up to two revisions are allowed. Further revisions, as well as major changes to the track will be charged depending on the complexity► I will provide a standard, 320kbps MP3 when the commission is completed. Other formats such as WAV, FLAC, OGG are available upon request.
